Luke is a Martial Arts Sports Coach and Fitness Instructor, Qi Gong and Yoga teacher and lifelong student of these arts. He has spent time training and teaching Martial Arts and Qigong both locally and abroad.

 

His strong interest in self-development through physical practices, energy work and meditation lead him to train Qi Gong and Yoga in China, India and Fiji. Luke has trained in Qi Gong for 17 years and has a diverse range of skills and knowledge derived from his study and practises. Luke honours tradition and teaches the Qi Gong forms with authenticity as well as offering his personal interpretations of practises that have been developed over years of personal experimentation.
